Refund Policy

All purchase are final and no refund will be entertained. You may apply for return of the purchased items (“Item”) to us for an exchange within three (3) working days starting from the date of your receipt of the Item based on the following terms and conditions:

You may only apply for return of the Item for an exchange due to the following reasons:
  • The item was defective and/or damaged on delivery
  • The Item received is expired
  • You have received the wrong Item (i.e. the Item received is not the Item ordered by you)
If you wish to apply for return of the Item for an exchange due to the reasons stated in Paragraph 1 above, please ensure that
  • The Item must be unopened and in the same and original condition when you have received it from us
  • The Item must not have been used or consumer
  • You have the receipt or the proof of your purchase of the Item
For the avoidance of doubt, the following Items are not returnable for exchange
  • Free gifts
  • Free samples
  • Item which is opened
  • Sale and promotional-priced Items
Please submit your application for return of Item for an exchange by emailing us at support@acellglobal.com together with the following information/documents
  • The receipt or the proof of your purchase of the Item
  • The duly completed form in our prescribed format which must set out, amongst others the description and the the reasons for your application to return the Item for an exchange (where such reasons must be one of the reasons stated in Paragraph 1 above failing which we shall not entertain such application)
  • Where applicable, the pictures of the Item which you wish to return for an exchange
If your application is approved by us, please deliver the item to a location designated by us within five (5) days after the your application to return the Item for exchange is approved failing which we shall deem that you have waived your right to apply to return the subject Item for exchange under this policy. Please note that you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning the Item to us.
Once we have received the Item from you within the abovementioned time period and if we are satisfied that the Items are in the condition stated in Paragraph 2(a) and (b), we will replace the Item with like product and redeliver the same to you. We will only bear the shipping costs to deliver the Item to you if you are located at West Malaysia.
Please note that we reserve the right to amend, modify and/or vary the terms of the Return Policy from time to time. Any amendment, modification and/or variation to the Return Policy will be posted on our website and such posting shall be deemed as notice to all users of the website regarding the amended, modified and/or varied terms of the Return Policy.
