Refund Policy
All purchase are final and no refund will be entertained. You may apply for return of the purchased items (“Item”) to us for an exchange within three (3) working days starting from the date of your receipt of the Item based on the following terms and conditions:

You may only apply for return of the Item for an exchange due to the following reasons:

The item was defective and/or damaged on delivery

The Item received is expired

You have received the wrong Item (i.e. the Item received is not the Item ordered by you)
If you wish to apply for return of the Item for an exchange due to the reasons stated in Paragraph 1 above, please ensure that

The Item must be unopened and in the same and original condition when you have received it from us

The Item must not have been used or consumer

You have the receipt or the proof of your purchase of the Item
For the avoidance of doubt, the following Items are not returnable for exchange

Sale and promotional-priced Items
Please submit your application for return of Item for an exchange by emailing us at support@acellglobal.com together with the following information/documents

The receipt or the proof of your purchase of the Item

The duly completed form in our prescribed format which must set out, amongst others the description and the the reasons for your application to return the Item for an exchange (where such reasons must be one of the reasons stated in Paragraph 1 above failing which we shall not entertain such application)

Where applicable, the pictures of the Item which you wish to return for an exchange
